What to do when requesting helps which are inside your own room?

When you need assistance or have an issue about something in your room, such as the air conditioner, the lighting and electrical system, the ceiling, etc., we advise you to schedule a chance to discuss with our WE Helpdesk Team in ticket interaction and response process, leave your room unlocked before the scheduled time and date, or leave your room key with the appropriate faculty admin office so they can assist you by opening the door on your behalf. This enables our technical team or contractor to respond to your complaint or request and attempt to fix the problem.
