What to do when requesting helps which are inside your own room?

Whenever you are requesting help or making complaint which is inside your own room, such as complaining on aircond related, lighting and electrical related, ceiling related or so on, we recommend you to arrange an appointment within the ticket (interaction and reply) with our WE Helpdesk Team or by leaving your room unlock prior to your appointed date and time or to leave your room key with your respective faculty admin office for them to help opening the door on behalf of you.  This allows our technical team / contractor to attend your complaint / request in hoping to resolve your issue.
